Tastytrade Brokerage Bonus4% deposit match up to $10k on non-retirement accountsDetails 3. CardPointers30% off annual and lifetime membershipDetails 1.Capital One Shopping I am reposting about Capital One Shopping as it has proven to be insanely lucrative. I was recently given $250 off $250+ at Stubhub, $90 off $150 at 1800 Contacts, and $30 off $50 from City Experiences (the company that operates the ferry to the Statue of Liberty). The best deals usually appear on the home page when you login or are sent to you via email. Capital One Shopping is now running an $80 referral bonus. Just use my link, install the app on your browser, give it full access, and run it for 90 days. After 90 days you will get $80 you can use for gift cards or other items Capital One sells. You can also get another $25 by adding their iphone app and following the instructions in your offer. It is not clear if you need to actually buy anything, but you will probably get a few deals worth doing. 2. Tastytrade Brokerage Bonus Tastytrade has just posted what is the highest return brokerage bonus in one year that I have ever seen with the promo code BIGDEAL. Move cash or ACAT (Automated Customer Account Transfer Service) meaning transfer securities worth up to $250k and get a 4% deposit match after holding the funds for 1 year from your initial qualifying deposit and using the promo code BIGDEAL. You will also receive 30 days of commission free trading. There are a few caveats and issues to be aware of here. Retirement accounts are excluded from this promotion so IRAs won’t work. Tastytrade cannot custody mutual funds so you cannot transfer them into a Tastytrade brokerage account. The promotion is only for new customers, if you have had an account before you are ineligible. 3. CardPointers Major card issuers and Chase/American Express in particular, have very lucrative offers where you get a percentage off a particular merchant or extra points. Unfortunately keeping track of the hundreds offers on each card can be tough. CardPointers is a mobile app and desktop extension that will automatically add all the offers you have on a credit card when you open the credit card’s website. You have to download the extension and login to each credit card. The extension will add any new offers every time you login. It is a bit clunky to get started, but once you do you never have to worry about getting an offer again as CardPointers will add every offer that is available to your card and suggest a card to use when you go to a site to make a purchase. With the current 30% discount it costs $63 a year or $196 for a lifetime membership, but can easily save you hundreds of dollars a year.
